Neon White was initially released for the Nintendo Switch and PC. The game later made its way to PlayStation 4 and 5 on December 13, 2022, but an Xbox release was not announced.
Popular leaker, Nick from Xbox Era recently claimed that Neon White would be headed to Xbox Game Pass at some point. While this was exciting for Xbox fans, the developers quickly shot down this rumor and said nothing was confirmed.
However, a new ESRB rating has hinted that Neon White could make its way to Xbox consoles.
As of right now, there is no official release date for the Xbox release of the game, but we can expect an announcement soon. The announcement may also include Neon White’s previously leaked Xbox Game Pass inclusion.
Neon White allows players to assume the role of White, an assassin whose task is to eliminate demons that have invaded Heaven using different weapons and abilities. The game features fast-paced combat with a combination of parkour in which players can wall-run, jump, and glide through the environment.
One of the game’s main features is a card-based ability system. Players can find cards scattered throughout the world, and each card grants the player different abilities, such as the ability to slow time or double jump. The game’s fast-paced combat, combined with the stylized aesthetic, can be addictive and makes the game stand out among other first-person shooter games.
