Hogwarts Legacy is an upcoming video game based on the player character as a new wizard or witch starting their fifth year at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry (yes, no Harry Potter). The game has taken its inspiration from Harry Potter novels and is developed by Avalanche Software and published by Warner Bros.
The game will be released on February 10, 2023, for PlayStation5, PlayStation4, PlayStation4 Pro, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One consoles, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Today, the game has been rated by the Korean Rating Board as 12 years and above. It is to be noted that the writer of Harry Potter, J.K. Rowling is not involved in the game’s development, as confirmed by Warner Bros. Hogwarts Legacy has already been delayed twice. It was first set to release in September 2020 at a PlayStation 5 event but was postponed to 2022 and now to February 10, 2023.
