Hogwarts Legacy Reaches Over 250K Concurrent Users On Steam With Early Access

Just 2 More Days!

One of the year’s most anticipated games, Hogwarts Legcay, is just two days from its release. Though the game is not available for everyone yet,  the early access period is live on multiple platforms for users who have pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition or Collector’s Edition of the game.

The game appears to have been a huge success on Steam and we just spotted that Hogwarts Legacy has already reached over 250k concurrent Steam users in its early access period.

The numbers are likely to increase when the game is accessible to everyone. However, these numbers are already impressive and show the excitement of fans who have been waiting for almost three years since the game was first announced at the PlayStation showcase in September 2020.

Moreover, the game set a new record for all-time high concurrent viewers on Twitch recently, accumulating over 1.3 million viewers to beat CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077. The much-anticipated release is also shaping up to be a huge hit on other platforms, with Hogwarts Legacy topping sales charts for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X consoles.

Fans can play Hogwarts Legacy across a wide variety of hardware. Last-generation PlayStation and Xbox owners have not been left out with a release coming in April. Nintendo Switch owners can also join the fun, but the game will be released later in July for Nintendo fans.

As stated earlier, the game is already live in early access for current-gen and PC users, with the official release set for February 10.  How excited are you to try the game? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
