Assassin’s Creed Codename: Jade Gameplay Has Been Leaked

This Looks Promising!

A brand new Assassins Creed mobile game is in development, and it was revealed during the Ubisoft Forward event in September 2022. However, besides the reveal trailer, not much was said about the game at the event.

Brand new gameplay footage of Assassin’s Creed Codename: Jade has now been leaked on Facebook and Reddit, giving us our first look at Ubisoft’s take on a new mobile Assassin’s Creed title.

The game looks stunning in terms of graphics and image quality, especially given the hardware constraints of mobile devices. Assassin’s Creed Codename: Jade seems very similar to modern AC games in terms of movement and combat, being reminiscent of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. The gameplay seems more focused on combat, like the RPG games.

During the Ubisoft Forward event, Marc-Alexis Côté, the vice president and executive producer of Assassin’s Creed, stated that players would explore China around 215 BCE in Codename: Jade. Marc-Alexis also noted that the players could parkour across the Great Wall of China and customize their assassin protagonist.

It is still important to note that the game is still in its early development stages, meaning the final gameplay might look different. The leaker claims that Assassin’s Creed Codename: Jade can only be played on iOS for now, but it should also make its way to Android.

The title could be an incredible addition to mobile gaming if this video is legitimate. What do you think of the leaked Assassin’s Creed Codename: Jade gameplay? Feel free to comment below!
